If the product is faulty or malfunctioning in any way, the consumer must notify SLFI and arrange for a replacement before using the product.

  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store or handle credit/debit card details.

  • We currently only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.

  • Bespoke items require additional time for production and delivery, typically up to [2–4 weeks].

  • Delivery times depend on your location and the chosen shipping method, currently we offer Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Royal Mail Tracked 48.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by couriers or external factors.

  • For orders over £50 we offer free shipping.
